absolutely appalling. The walls are unbearably thin, I could hear everything from the next room, including their late-night chattering. To add insult to injury, I expected a complimentary upgrade for my troubles but was disappointingly treated like everyone else. I encountered a bathroom that was aged and nearly useless. I just couldn’t endorse this disaster.

We stayed for 4 nights and it was, like, so chill! The staff was super friendly and we had this awesome view of the lake from our little balcony. Breakfast was on point too, tons of options. Oh, and we ate dinner at the restaurant every night, like, perfect food! Can’t believe how close we were to everything, just a stroll away!

I recently stayed at Marco'S for 3 nights, and I found the location to be excellent. It is just a 3-minute walk from the train and bus stations, making it very convenient for exploring Lake Como. The staff provided exceptional service, especially Giorgio, who made our dining experiences stand out. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and the restaurant's food was quite good, particularly the breakfast options that included fresh juices and pastries.
